Thank you for visiting Jogojoy! We are taking a short break to rest and enjoy the holidays with our family. Orders will be shipped after January 3rd 2023.

 

Sales Tax

California residents will be charged sales tax when checking out.

Refunds and exchanges

It’s important to me that you are pleased with your order. 

If you are not happy for any reason, I gladly accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is unused. Byers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Care

I personally guarantee that every item is quality checked prior to shipping. 

Jogojoy games are handmade so there may be imperfections and they may vary slightly in color and style to the picture. All of the items are made from durable materials although acrylic items may scratch over time with use. Colors may differ due to different screen resolutions.

Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. 

Do not submerge in water. 

Keep it away from direct sunlight and intense heat.
